ARTIST STATEMENT

The Kiev and Zurich based artist Alina Kopytsa explores gender relations, sexuality, and fetishism in her drawings, fabric collages and patchworks. She traces the connection between the sexual and social, freedom and expectations in a provocative and humorous manner.
